Unclipped jacket shows $40.00 retail. Jacket and covers EXCELLENT, little wear of any kind noted. There is a "creak" when front cover closes. Inner pages VG. First few blank pages appear to have been cut out for some reason, possibly had identifying personal info on them. Found one instance of a highlighted line, but no text obliterated. No further markings, tears or holes. Solidly bound. Quite heavy.
