*Condition: POOR to ACCEPTABLE. Covers worn and disbound from pages. Title & Contents has large chunk torn out as pictured. (See "Stock Photo" for complete contents of pieces in this book) Some inner pages further disbound and laid-in in their foldout sections, but we made sure all pages are in order, present, and accounted for. Notations made by piano teacher on music which do not obliterate any text or notes. This folio has seen some usage in its 106 years but thankfully all the music pieces are still present and legible!
