There are facsimile signatures of the band members in silver foil on black paper on a front end page. Some sellers of this volume have actually listed it as "Signed" but the signatures are facsimile (copies) of live signatures, as is this volume. Still cool, just not "live."

Condition: In EXCELLENT condition. Other than a slight "creak" when the covers are closed, and the slightest of "touching wear" to outer jacket, no problems of any kind. Unclipped flaps show $39.95 retail in US and $50 in Canada. Photos illustrate condition of overall volume. Very, VERY large and HEAVY volume.
