Condition: Jacket: POOR. Very worn, split right up the middle of spine (see pic). Unclipped flaps w/ $5.00 retail. VOL: ACCEPTABLE to GOOD. Mauve cloth boards with burgundy lettering. Bumping, rubbing and minor soiling to boards Page edges soiled. Binding split at title page & slightly loosened under spine cover. Presentation written on title page. Several names written on inside back cover, almost like a list of folks who have read the book then passed it on to others. Some identified themselves as being residents of the subject towns of the book. Almost like a "guest registry" of sorts.

BONUS PROVENANCE: Previous owner pasted several items pertaining to the subject matter of the book on the front first, and rear last, pages, all are pictured. Quite interesting. We have included a LOT of photos to illustrate condition of overall volume.
