Condition: GOOD condition. Green cloth boards with gold foil spine lettering has moderate wear. Inner pages; inside blank end page has personal presentation in pencil (erasable). Pages age-yellowed, soiling on page edges, but no other markings, rips, holes or other problems to inner pages. Tightly bound. Bonus item's (pictured) identifying info has been blurred to protect identity, but a very poignant thank-you written to a favorite teacher.
