Condition: FAIR to GOOD condition. Tan boards with dark brown lettering, showing typical wear of faded spots, soiling, edge bumps. Back cover has faint damp stain. Inner pages VERY GOOD. No markings, tears or holes were noted, bright, flat and clear. Binding beginning to split at page 160-161 with binding mesh showing (pictured), but still solidly bound.
