Format: Hardback. NO dust jacket, NOT an EX LIB. 

Condition: Poor condition inside and out and priced accordingly. Wear includes: Covers very worn, spine cover loose. Names written on inside cover & blank end pages in elegant lettering, one date listed December 14, 1870. Other random marks or ink spots but any text affected can still be read through them. Very heavily yellowed, foxed, water stained, and soiled throughout. Turndown corner creases can be straightened out. One page ripped (pictured). Many pics included to show condition. This is too fragile for regular use, but would be a wonderful collectible for persons interested in the history of horticulture.
