Condition: Postmark is Aug 18, but year does not show up. Canceled stamps are 3-cent and 1-cent Canadian stamps. The right edge of the card is jagged from being torn at perforation, which includes the right side of the 1-cent stamp on the back. Also a tear on the lower right edge and soiling to back of card.
