Format: Hardback with dust jacket. Book Club Edition. Not an EX LIB.

Condition:
 Jacket in Good condition with moderate edge chipping, soiling, fading, and rubbing. As a Book Club Edition, flaps were  slightly corner clipped at publication. Volume in Very Good condition in blue cloth boards and gold foil lettering on spine. Minor soiling to covers. Inner pages: previous owner's very small name label affixed to inside front cover, pages yellowed with age. toning of end papers next to spine, red gilt on upper page edges faded. No other markings, no tears, or flaws noted. Volume is very tightly bound. 
Illustrated with Photographs and diagrams. Photos illustrate condition.
