SYNOPSIS: 1-596 pages, followed by 1-106 pages translated (we think?) with Google to something about prayers for pregnant women in labor. Measures 7.25 x 4.75. Completely in GERMAN. Other iterations of name or title "Stark" or "Starck", "Friederick" or "Friederich." BONUS antique 2-sided bookmark also in German.

Publisher: Kohler Publishing Company, Philadelphia. Circa 1800s. 

Format: Hardback (leather?). NO dust jacket, NOT an EX LIB. 

Condition: Poor condition inside and out and priced accordingly. Wear includes: Covers loose, & taped at spine with black tape, part of spine cover cut out, heavy rubbing, bumping, soiling, foxing, age yellowing, edge chips to pages. Owner's name written on inside cover & blank end page. Frontispiece of Stark loose and laid-in. Amazingly, no markings, rips or holes affect text. Turndown corner creases can be straightened out.
