It lists Washington to FDR's 2nd term, so would date 1940s. Textbook (illustrated), NOT an EX LIB, HB, no jacket. FAIR, shows plenty of wear, writings, soiling, heavy general wear for a school textbook, no rips or holes, and still 100% legible. Binding split at cover / end pages with mesh showing, but still tightly bound. BOOKLET: ACCEPTABLE, loose at spine (see pic) and has lots of nostalgic "drug" ads, but also still 100% legible.
