Ex Lib. Jacket flaps (unprinted) unclipped, in ACCEPTABLE condition. Heavy edge wear as shown and stains inside. Board covers GOOD outside, heavy bump to upper corners which affected INNER PAGES at that corner. Covers ACCEPTABLE inside, large peeled spot on inside front cover. Inner pages unmarked, no rips or holes. Tightly bound. Contains not only history, but facsimile documents, recipes, menus, and general information about life in the Governor's mansion as written by First Lady Carolyn Bond.
