POOR condition outside, FAIR inside. Subscription label affixed to front cover. Lots of wear to covers, front cover very loose and almost detached, but still hanging in there. Very creased and curled at corners as pictured, heavily soiled. Heavy edge chipping throughout. The good news is inner pages are totally complete and legible. No marks or rips or missing text. Some of these projects are pretty advanced, as is the one included here for a Salem-built Sheraton Secretary. Wow. Detailed plans included to make all these projects. The now-deceased gentleman who originally owned this was a superb woodworker and we are personally acquainted with the pieces still around that he built. Photos show condition of overall volume.
