Condition: Covers are in Acceptable to Good condition; inner pages in Very Good condition. This has been in storage since we purchased at an estate sale in the early 1990s. Moderate to heavy wear to covers which includes soiling, damp staining, edge chipping, cellophane tape over spine, writing (name and address on back, random on front). Retail price sticker on front is $1.00. The inner pages in VERY Good condition. Age yellowing of paper, minor occasional corner crease and soiling, but No tears or markings.
