Format: Hardback. No dust jacket. NOT an EX LIB. Stated Seventh Edition, Revised and Enlarged.

Condition: Volume in EXCELLENT condition. Dark green cloth boards with gold foil  lettering. Boards have very minor edge bumping and rubbing, a few very small stains. Inner pages perfect. Previous owner's name (a doctor?) written in black ink on inside front cover. Pages have age yellowing / tanning. A bit of loosening from upper spine at one of the front blank end pages, but still totally intact. Quite remarkably, no markings, tears, or flaws to remainder of pages. Tightly bound. EXTRA HEAVY volume. Photos illustrate condition of overall volume.
