Inner pages would be PERFECT if not for the one page which had been cut out and found inserted, along with some soiling spots on that same page. Looks suspiciously like a child with scissors and chocolate. Page affected no. 245, and remainder of that page will be included, but unfortunately about 2/3 of the text of that page layout is missing. Table of Contents show topics paragraphs missing are "Give Healing Orders" and "The Ultimate Remedy."
