From an estate sale, mixed in with hundreds of books. This is a 10 X 13 foldout velcro-tabbed closure flap vinyl portfolio containing brochures, booklets, newspaper clippings, and showcase materials from the latter 1970-s and into the 1980s. Too many to mention individually, but all items are very nostalgic and collectible, especially the "Designers' Showhouse 1978" book held at The Maryland Plaza House, St. Louis, April 15-30, 1978. SO many great ads! Several manila file folders contain copies and clippings from books apparently used to plan and decorate the owner's home. Everything from wallpaper, to drapes, to furniture. Of course, there is writing on some of these items which were used to make plans, but no text obliterated. Several items have no markings at all. What a unique collection of nostalgic items!
